1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and kk222 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kk222 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, game lobby, mobile app, and cashier — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of the kk222 platform regardless of which device or channel they use to access it. Using the kk222 mobile app, the browser version, or any other interface provided by the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when placing bets or playing games.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by kk222 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a person who has self-excluded from the platform under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• The funds you deposit are your own and have not been obtained through any illegal means.

kk222 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure pending the completion of checks.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one single account on the kk222 platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different names and contact details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts held by that user and the forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. kk222 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact kk222 support immediately via the email address listed on this page.

• Do not share your login details with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your kk222 account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered within your account settings.

kk222 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the kk222 platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfers.
• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfers.
• Raast — real-time interbank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan framework.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Allied Bank, and other major Pakistani banks.
• Debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets where available.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Most mobile wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

You must only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use. kk222 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds if deposits appear unusual. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the account holder's name may be refused or subject to additional verification.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your kk222 account are processed in PKR through the same payment methods supported for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests to methods not previously used for deposits on the account may be subject to additional verification.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Most requests processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Raast: Typically processed within the same business day.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

kk222 reserves the right to carry out identity and security checks before processing withdrawal requests. Any withdrawal that triggers an automated security flag may be held pending manual review. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Withdrawal requests linked to active bonus balances may be subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus. kk222 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside kk222's control and are the user's responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kk222 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses can only be claimed by the account holder to whom they were offered.
• One bonus claim per household or shared device applies unless otherwise stated.
• kk222 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other abusive behaviour will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.

If kk222 determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in bad faith, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the account involved.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The kk222 sportsbook covers Cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, and bilateral series, as well as Football, Esports, and other sports markets. Both pre-match and in-play betting markets are available depending on the event and market type.

All bets are accepted in PKR. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the user. kk222 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• An obvious pricing error occurred on the market.
• The event was cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted window, or abandoned.
• The market was offered or settled in error.
• There is evidence that the outcome was influenced by corrupt activity.

For Cricket specifically, including PSL matches, all bets are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the score and outcome at the time of completion of the relevant market's stated conditions.

Maximum bet limits apply per selection, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, sport, and account tier. kk222 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific accounts or markets at its discretion.

8 Live Casino Rules

The kk222 Live Casino section streams real-dealer table games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and game shows around the clock. All results are determined by physical outcomes — cards, dice, or wheel spins — visible on the live stream. No outcome is generated by software alone in the Live Casino section.

By participating in Live Casino games, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets placed during a live game round are final once the dealer has confirmed the betting window is closed.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the bet will be settled according to the result of that round once the stream reconnects. kk222 is not liable for disconnections caused by the user's internet connection.
• Chat and communication features in the live stream are provided for entertainment. Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct in live chat may result in access to Live Casino being restricted.
• VIP and high-limit Live Casino tables are available to users who have reached the applicable tier in the kk222 VIP programme.

Minimum and maximum bet limits per table are displayed within the Live Casino interface before any bet is placed. These limits vary by table type and account tier.

9 Game Lobby Rules

The kk222 Game Lobby includes slots, instant win games, and other casual games. All games in the Game Lobby use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within the information section of each individual game.

• Game Lobby bets are placed from your main PKR account balance. The same balance is shared across the sportsbook, Live Casino, and Game Lobby.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all bets and payouts related to the affected round may be voided. kk222 will notify affected users where possible.
• Progressive jackpot games, where available, are governed by the specific rules of each game as provided by the game supplier. kk222 is not the operator of these jackpots and acts as the hosting platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

kk222 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

kk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is reason to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Use of the account by a person under the age of 18.
• Operation of multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or collusion.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities, or bonus terms in bad faith.
• Any activity that kk222 has reason to believe may constitute money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons outside the user's control — such as a platform decision unrelated to misconduct — any verified balance will be returned through the user's registered payment method after applicable checks.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting kk222 support. Requests to close an account with a remaining balance will be processed after identity verification is completed.

12 Privacy and Data

kk222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

• kk222 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• kk222 is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to log out of a shared device.
• kk222 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• In any dispute over a bet or game outcome, the record held in kk222's system is considered the authoritative record, provided there is no evidence of a system error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

kk222 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
